This news comes from a developer announcement on the official Playstation Blog.
In Guns Up players will take control of a general and command troops in order to annihilate your enemies. You can command a plethora of units, from ground troops to command vehicles to air strikes and aerial vehicles.
Guns Up will be a cross-play title between the PS Vita, PS4, and PS3. Although it wasn't specified it is assumed that there will be a multiplayer aspect to the game as well. Guns Up will launch later this year on the PS Vita, PS3, and PS4.
