In Salt and Sanctuary players take the role of a sailor shipwrecked on a mysterious island that reminds me a lot of the land of Limbo. Ska Studios says the emphasis in Salt and Sanctuary is "stylistic side scrolling combat." There is a great amount of depth in the combat in the game as well. At the end of the day Salt and Sanctuary is an RPG Platformer at its core.
Salt and Sanctuary is set to launch sometime next year on the PS4 and PS Vita. Although these details are unknown at this time it is presumed the game will implement cross-buy and cost around $14.99. What do you think of Salt and Sanctuary, is it worth picking up? Let us know in the comments below.
